How We Operate
HOSS, the Hix Operating System Stack, is how we run what we own and integrate what we buy.
Operations
How a company runs day to day. One plan everyone works from, clear lines of authority, one set of books, and a standing rhythm of reviews that keeps everyone working from the same facts.
Acquisitions
How we move from first conversation to close. The process is the same every time, and so is the standard, even when the businesses are not.
Integration
Bringing people, processes and systems together without disrupting the businesses. We can only acquire as well as we integrate.
HOSS is the advantage we built for ourselves.
We developed it in our own businesses. It runs in every company we own, and we improve it continuously.
